I’m Saurabh Kashyap, born and raised in the soulful land of Champaran, Bihar. Inspired by my roots and driven by a deep love for our traditional flavors, I launched “Bihari Thekua” — a humble attempt to bring authentic, home-style snacks from my mother’s kitchen to yours.
